This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of an initial video call consultation with one of our partnered regulated Canadian immigration consultants.

Video call duration: up to 1 hour.

After the consultation, some questions may be addressed via email.

Unused time during the consultation cannot be credited to the client.

The client is responsible for taking notes.

Document review services, visa assistance, and form filling guidance are not included in this consultation.

Study plan consulting for Canada is not included in this consultation.

Recording of the consultation is not permitted.

Only the client who scheduled the consultation and their immediate family members, including spouse, common-law partner, and children, are allowed to participate. Other relatives such as siblings, cousins, uncles, friends, etc., are not permitted to participate.

By scheduling the consultation, the client agrees to provide only true information.

1) Purpose of the Consultation: The purpose of the initial consultation, for BFF Canada and the consultants we represent, is to:

Understand your profile and immigration objectives based on the information you provide, which may involve one or more aspects of the Canadian immigration process and related procedures;

Assist in determining your future course of action, if applicable;

Provide answers to your questions regarding Canadian immigration laws and regulations to the best of our knowledge;

Identify your options for Canadian immigration and, to the extent possible, analyze the pros and cons of these alternatives;

Determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate. All information provided during the consultation is based on the experience of the consultants represented by BFF Canada and the current laws and regulations, which may change at any time without prior notice after the consultation.

Any advice will be focused solely on the client’s immediate family, if applicable. The client’s immediate family includes spouse or common-law partner and minor children. Other relatives or friends are not included in the consultation.

All information and documents provided to us will remain strictly confidential.

ATTENTION: The consultation does not include the review of any documents and is not a technical consultation. For further details on technical consultations, document review consultations, or other services related to visa and immigration processes, please email contato@bffcanada.com, and we will provide you with a quote.

2) Legal Authority: You agree and understand that booking a consultation does not establish a commitment for us to act as your Authorized Representative in relation to any matters concerning Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada and/or the Canada Border Services Agency.

3) Cost and Duration: The fee (as described on our website) includes an online consultation with our partnered immigration consultant. The fee is in Canadian dollars (plus applicable taxes and fees), and the consultation has a duration of up to 1 hour.

4) Cancellation and Refunds:

By scheduling an immigration consultation with one of our consultants, you agree to pay our non-refundable consultation fee according to the terms and conditions outlined above. Cancellation requests must be made through the email contato@bffcanada.com. For cancellations made with at least 5 business days’ notice, we will refund the consultation fee plus applicable taxes to the credit card you provided, minus any bank/transfer fees and our administrative fees. For cancellations requested with less than 5 business days’ notice, we will retain 50% of the consultation fee to cover administrative and professional expenses related to appointment availability. In case of a no-show for the consultation, no refund will be issued regardless of the reasons. You can reschedule your consultation with at least 3 business days’ notice without penalty. In case of cancellation by BFF Canada, the consultation will be rescheduled at the next available time slot. In case of client delays, the consultation will be conducted within the remaining time of the previously scheduled appointment.

5) Consent: By paying the consultation fee, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Initial Consultation Agreement and acknowledge that any subsequent engagement of BFF Canada’s Immigration Services and one of its immigration consultants will require an additional written agreement with different terms.

We provide consulting services for all federal and provincial immigration programs, except Quebec.

Please note that the partnered immigration consultants of BFF Canada are members of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and, as such, are governed by their statutes, professional code of ethics, and regulations.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, where our office is located.
