Search for a house or apartment according to the client/family profile in the city where they want to live. Sending rental suggestions according to your choice of city. Visit to properties selected by the client*. Sending photos, links and other information about the options found.
Advice on the application
Assistance with applying for rent, the rental contract and analyzing the condition of the property. Limited to 3 applications.*
*Up to 3 visits and 3 applications for properties are included. Above this, there will be an additional 50 Canadian dollars per visit and additional application, to be charged later.
(Photos will only be sent if the building manager allows it. In the vast majority of cases this is allowed).
