THE PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA HAS IMMIGRATION PROGRAMS THAT CAN ACCELERATE YOUR DREAM OF LIVING IN CANADA.
Canada has several immigration programs and ways to stay and work in the country, but you need a good strategy to have a valid work visa and achieve permanent residence. One of the ways that allow this dream to come true are BC programs (the so-called “BC PNPs”), which, based on work experience within the required prerequisites (NOC, language, time, etc.), the candidate can apply for your permanent residence and wait for your PR Card within Canada.
AND NOW THE LIST OF PROFESSIONS HAS INCREASED AND INCLUDES HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS, VETERINARIANS AND CAREGIVERS.
Categories:
BC PNP Tech Occupations (this category already existed and has 29 professions in different areas of technology, which you can check here).
Now it has new professions in the areas of:
Care economy: Healthcare occupations

To meet the high demand in these areas, some professions are now also included in these programs, such as:

“BUT IF I NEED A JOB OFFER, THEN I FIRST NEED TO BE IN CANADA AND GET A JOB AT MY NOC?”
It depends. There are many details about the requirements and steps for BC PNPs. One is that you need a full-time job offer for one of the eligible occupations. The job offer must be at least one year in duration. Additionally, to complete the BC PNP steps, you need to be in the BC PNP pool. Express Entry, which would be the first phase.
If you complete your permanent residence process through Express Entry, you will have to be eligible for a program like Canadian Experience Class, O Federal Skilled Worker Program or the Federal Skilled Trade Program.
